MillWorks! Open Studio Event
Friday, November 28, 2025 from 4-9 p.m.
Come wander the halls of an 1800’s cutlery manufacturing building during Moonlight Magic and engage with over 40 resident and guest makers and artists (all living and working within a 50 mile radius of Shelburne Falls). Our other Mill campus buildings have activities galore. The Handle Factory Community Clay hosts ornament painting, a puppet show and pottery sale. The Permaculture Place features live music and hot roasted chestnuts and at the close of Millworks! Market, Raven Bookstore presents Tandem Jump performing upbeat indie originals and covers. There’s plenty of free parking or take the free shuttle circling between the downtown Village and the Buckland side of the Iron Bridge.

“The whole complex in a former mill was the best artist/artisan setting I’ve ever been to (and the arts and crafts were superior…you could see into various studios thru hall windows). Every detail of the repurposed structure and the individual studios was aesthetically pleasing!!! —Anne C., Richmond, CA
